WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ... IT'S GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH! |
Justin Vs. JC >>> Yesterday's News.
Then, It Was JC Vs. Nick!
Now it's JC and the Backstreet Boys working together!
|
 |
|
JC Chasez and Nick Carter are two former boy-banders. JC
is from *Nsync and Nick is from the Backstreet Boys.
Both have been very successful as members of their band
but in 2002 the two went solo after a long needed break
from their bands. Nick was always a long time rival of
Justin Timberlake, not JC. However Nick always got all
the girls and fame and respect as well as attention out
of all the ten members of the two greatest boy bands. It's
interesting to know that Justin surpassed Nick as a
beloved artist and carried that out to his solo career.
It then became Nick who has thrust into second place.
Justin then found himself to be put up against another
Michael Jackson imitation, R&B sensation, Usher Raymond. |

Now that all of that has been said it should be evident
whom I am putting against whom for second place boy band
fame. JC has a disappointing album with Schizophrenic
although critically acclaimed but Nick's Now Or Never
album did much better. However it was not enough to make
them both credible artists and they are both working on
second solo albums to be released soon. JC has worked
with Dallas Austin and Timbaland just to name a few and
his single, Until Yesterday is getting good airplay.
Nick has yet to release a new single from his upcoming
album. This could be because he is trying to perfect the
album and wants everything to go smoother than his first
solo effort. The two are now expected to shine brighter
than before and establish themselves as credible
artists. Nick and JC appeared on the 1,000 episode
celebration of TRL and said there is no beef between
them and hinting that they are just doing their own
things and there is no beef. Nick went on to declare
Justin Timberlake to be his favourite member of *Nsync
and Tearin' Up My Heart to be his favourite *Nsync song.
When the two release their second solo album it's not
going to be friendly competition though seeing as how
both want the credibility which they feel they deserve
and are not afraid to step on any toes to get. Update *
-- JC Chasez has written a song for the Backstreet Boys
Unbreakable album and is helping the boys back on their
feet. They credit JC as being a true musician and
respect his motivation, talent and drive. Rivalry no
more? Seems so to me. Good to see such greats team up
for positive and substantial causes. |
